Looking for the most comprehensive understanding of the Faulkner County Real Estate Market? I'm here to help. From 1st time buyers, to seasoned investors, all the way to selling your first home, to contractors selling over 40 homes a year.

I have over 15 years experience and I'm recognized as one of this market's very top producers. I've designed and implemented many of the incredible marketing techniques currently used by today's top professionals. Knowing these techniques is one thing, but being able to work them, is the difference between a hobby and professionalism. My contracting background includes the helping in development of three "successful" subdivisions in the Faulkner County market and the designing of what sells and when it sells.

Building a net worth in the millions for many of my clients is one of my pinnacles of achievement! "When you succeed, I succeed!" ... has, and always will be my philosphy. I am skilled at understanding your financial situation and breaking down which loan would work best for you, so you don't become a victim of bad lending practices.

When selecting your next Realtor, choose to work with one who listens and understands your needs. This is my life ... not my hobby! Call me today!

Real estate is what John does. He has been on his own since graduating high school, and he started selling real estate in college to support himself. John received Rookie of the Year Award while graduating with honors and competing against older, business people with various backgrounds. John is hooked on constantly gaining more knowledge about the industry so that he can best help his clients. He has been across the country attending conferences and events to gain more information from the best business people in their respective fields and to contribute ideas on the business systems for real estate teams. He knows that selling properties effectively for his clients, no matter the type, i.e. residential, land, commercial, etc., requires a systemized approach of how the transaction should get closed along with an understanding of people. This is not only to get the upper hand in negotiations, although negotiation is what he does best, it is to be sure all parties get their goals accomplished and are happy with the finish. He has assisted all types of customers from teaching 1st time buyers classes on financing and contracts to large commercial deals with seasoned business people. He looks forward to assisting you.
"Hi, and thank you for reading a little about me! What you should know, most importantly, is that my first passion is life with my gorgeous wife, Kenan, and kids Kollin, Klair, and Karter. Work is important part of life to get truly fulfilled, so I take it seriously; however, I believe it a means to build relationships and create quality time with my family. I know this to be true in my soul. I want to work with clients who believe this as well, and I hope to hear from you!" -- Respectfully, John Jordan

Ask Wanda Goodrich what’s most important to her and she’ll quickly tell you that family is her top priority. Born and raised on a farm in Idaho, her close knit and loving family has always been a great source of strength and joy. Living on a farm meant that everyone had to pitch-in and do their fair share of the chores. Hard work was a natural part of daily life as were the strong values of faith, love, and commitment instilled by her parents.
Indeed, family is something that Wanda does not take for granted. Her father waged a long-term battle with cancer. She realized early on that life is very precious.
Wanda’s parents showed her the value of hard work. She credits her father with the “I can do anything I set my mind to” attitude that has made her an overachiever in everything she undertakes. In school she became a champion track and long distance runner. She managed to receive top grades in school and after graduation, attended Bible College. The drive, determination, and ambition she developed while growing up are the qualities that have helped her to achieve success in her real estate career.

I was raised most of my life in Nebraska but in 2003 things changed. I moved to Arkansas to help care for my grandmother and eventually settled in Conway. I graduated from UCA in 2007and shortly after I married a beautiful woman and we have a lovely daughter who is almost 2 years old now. I have had a variety of jobs but never any satisfaction. I always felt the need to help people, to improve their lives in some way. And that is why I’m in real estate.
Perhaps that needs some explanation. I have seen firsthand what lack of knowledge and experience can put you through when it comes to buying or selling a home. It is no secret that bad decisions in real estate make for very difficult times for many families. That is where I come in. At the age of 25 I was the contractor building my house. I gained experience not only in the construction but also the finer points of buying the home and financing it correctly as well as value of real estate as an investment. I was fortunate to have help and advice during this process. Having someone experienced in real estate on your side is essential. I want to see my clients as happy with their homes and investments as I am with mine. At a time when it seems everywhere you turn there is more bad news; let me show you what the good news is. I’ve seen it personally and want to share it, and nobody will work harder for you than I will.

I was born and raised in Conway, Arkansas. I graduated from Conway High School and then received my B.S. Ed, M.B.A., and M. Ed. from the University of Central Arkansas. I am married to my beautiful wife Susan who is an elementary teacher and we have six combined children and two grandchildren.

Before starting my career in Real Estate Sales, I worked in Mortgage Lending, where I consulted all my clients in their best interest. All Lending Institutions do not offer the same programs or fees. I sometimes would refer my clients to another lender or source because it was in their best interest. I feel that my sincere honesty with my clients allowed them to feel comfortable with me and they understood that I was working soley for them. I have lots of experience and will be more than happy to help with Credit Counseling and Repair. I will work for your best interest; that is a guarantee. I also have extensive experience in Construction Management and I am a recent graduate from ABC Home Inspection Institute.

Because of my experience, I can offer services you can not find with most Real Estate Agents. I will always go above and beyond the call of duty for my clients. I have been involved in every aspect of Real Estate from start to finish. Call me if you want to work with a professional that will put you first, answer all of your questions, stay in close contact, and serve you the way you deserve.

I am a single mother of 3 beautiful children. Caden 11, MacKayla 9 and Trison 3. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I love going to the lake and camping in the summer. I enjoy deer hunting, riding four-wheelers, and playing sports.
I attended National School of Real Estate and achieved my Real Estate license in 2002. I then put my license inactive when my daughter who was 10 months old, was diagnosed with ALL (acute lymphocytic leukemia) in 2003. After a long hard 3 year battle she was finally in remission. I then put my license back active at which time I received the Silver Award for Excellence for exceeding two million dollars in real estate sales. In 2008 I found out I was pregnant with my son Trison so I decided to put my license back inactive to open up a daycare so I could be with him. After running a daycare for three years I am ready to get back to my passion and that’s Real Estate. I absolutely love being a Real Estate Agent, I love helping people with one of the most important if not the most important investment of their life. I have sold old homes, new homes, and reconditioned homes. I have helped people relocate, upsize, downsize, contractors, investors, first time homebuyers, and many more with the purchase and sale of real estate. I believe in aggressive marketing and working hard for my clients. I strive to go above and beyond what is expected of me I want their transaction and experience to be as easy and great as possible. I take my business very seriously and very personal.

I was born and raised in Conway County and now work in Faulkner County. I have been happily married to my wife Rosemary for 28 years and we have three kids and one grandkid. The decision to activate my Real Estate License was an easy one after I found out about Legacy Realty. After working in the Property Management field for almost four years. I believe economic conditions have changed to the extent that it's now more affordable to purchase a home rather than renting. I am always looking for a new challenge. I believe I have found that challenge at Legacy Realty and would love to assist you in your home buying experience.

I became a Realtor in February 2008 immediately after graduating from UCA with a Bachelors degree in sociology. The real estate industry had always intrigued me and there was never a question of what I wanted to do after graduation. After three wonderful years of serving Central Arkansas I can honestly say that I am just as, if not more, excited about being a Realtor.
The biggest rewards that I have received over the past three years have undoubtedly been the relationships that I have built with my past clients. It is very enjoyable for me to meet someone for the first time and then watch that initial interaction develop into a relationship that lasts long after the transaction is completed.
My philosophy of being a Realtor has always been to treat others fairly and respectfully with full honesty and disclosure. It is my job as a Realtor to present you with expert guidance and honest financial figures. I will explain to you in detail the processes and fees that are involved and then let you decide. One thing you will never have to fear when you call me is high pressure. The decision is always yours and I am here to offer you expert advice and guidance.
Thank you for taking time to learn a little about me, I look forward to getting to know you!
